ABOUT ME

I'm a Certified Rolfer®, Rolf Movement Practitioner®, HeartMath Practitioner, and Morales Method® Certified Instructor who moved from Italy to Canada in 2012 and then to California in 2022.

I have an artistic, scientific, and spiritual background. I am also a certified Mindfulness, Transformation, and Spiritual Life Coach, and the author of books about self-development and spiritual awareness.

My areas of expertise include Craniosacral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, HeartMath, Counselling, Life Coaching, NLP, Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Aikido.

Since my childhood, I have been fascinated by connections.

I have always been committed to connecting dots between all the aspects of life and of the human being. For me, integration means the complete expression of our human potential, in harmony with the world around us. 

My passion for connections, communication, and neuroscience has brought me to explore the fascinating world of interconnections between our body structure, thoughts, emotions, language, and the perceived environment.
